Cancellations more than 3 days prior to arrival - No charge
Cancellations less than 3 days prior to arrival - 1 night charge
Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to arrival, no-shows and early check-out - 100% charge of your stay or at least 3 nights charge
Peak Season (23rd of December - 5th of January + Easter Week) + Long Weekends (i.e. Carnival, Jazz Festival etc.)
Cancellations more than 14 days prior to arrival - No charge
Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival - 2 nights charge
Cancellations 7 days or less prior to arrival, no-shows and early check-out - 100% charge of your stay
During Peak Season (Christmas & New Year's, Easter Week) we require a 25% deposit of your total stay at the time of your booking.
